[RESOLVED] dropdownlist in firefox

Hi all,

i have a ddl

 
dd/MM/yyyy
MM/dd/yyyy
dd MMM yyyy
dd MMMM yyyy

In firefox the first letter in the ddl is showing uppercase Dd/MM/yyyy but i gave as dd/MM/yyyy. what should i do to represet the same dd/MM/yyyy in ddl in firefox.

Same way in my application, if the data am getting from data base consider student is my data and am binding to ddl, it shows Student. S uppercase where as i save in DB as student.

Please any one can provide me the solution for this

I feel you need to TURN OFF the automatic capitalization. Try the following steps:

1. In the Firefox location bar (where you type web addresses), type “about:config” and hit the Enter key.
   
2. Find “extensions.zotero.capitalizeTitles” in the list. To find it quickly, you can type “capitalize” in the Filter box.
   
3. Double-click “extensions.zotero.capitalizeTitles” to toggle between the true and false setting.

I hope turning off the autocapitalization will do the job. If the problem still exist POST this issue to the Firefox help and support.
