[RESOLVED] Multilingual Site creation

Hi All

Recently I asked to create a website an arabic and I used javascript(i.e., hexadecimal code) to convert english alphabet to its equivalent arabic aplhabet.The issue occur while I an using design mode the arabic characrters turns into hexadecimal value.
